- Contact data voluntarily provided via the contact form: full name, email or phone, project description.
- Data shared via WhatsApp: by clicking the WhatsApp button, you are redirected to WhatsApp's service, where the WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. Privacy Policy also applies.
- Navigation data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time, collected in aggregated form for statistical and security purposes.

3. Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to requests for information and quotes — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
- Compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Site security and abuse prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
- Analytics cookies (if enabled): Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
4. Processing methods
Data is processed with electronic tools, with technical and organisational measures suitable to guarantee security, integrity and confidentiality, in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.
5. Data retention
Data collected via the contact form is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and, where a contractual relationship arises, for the period required by civil and tax law (10 years). Navigation data is retained for up to 24 months.
6. Recipients
Data may be disclosed to entities providing services strictly connected to the operation of the website (e.g. hosting, email services, tax advisors), appointed where necessary as Data Processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Data is not disseminated.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Some services used (e.g. WhatsApp, any analytics tools) may involve the transfer of data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place under appropriate safeguards under Arts. 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g. European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses).
8. Your rights
Under Arts. 15–22 GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- request rectification or erasure;
- obtain restriction of processing;
- object to processing;
- receive your data in a structured format (portability);
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
